A king bed and bunk bed allow for additional sleeping arrangements while maximizing space and allowing for a cool and comfortable seating area to the side. You can enjoy a newly remodeled bathroom with a rain shower head, as well as a fridge and safe in your room.

Guest agrees to keep the premises and all items of the rental in good order and good condition and to immediately pay for costs to repair and/or replace any item that was damaged during their stay. Cancellations made within SIXTY (60) DAYS of arrival date will be subject to full payment. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
No refunds will be given for storms or hurricanes unless local authorities order mandatory evacuations due to a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning” in the area. If Costa Rica or your country of origin close borders, we will offer a full refund for your reservation. No other covid related issues will be covered or warrant refunds or changes to your reservation.
