We have a professional team in charge of the properties 24 hours a day, focused on keeping everything in the best conditions.

What is your fee structure for property management services?
Management:
• Daily property supervisión
• Monthly account statement
• Monthly property statements (everything related to maintenance and more)
• Coordination with external providers hired by the owner.
• Bill Payment (Utilities and other invoices related to the property)
• Availability for emergencies related to your property
• Yearly maintenance evaluations
• Maintenance and cleaning coordination when needed

Monthly fee would be $200 + VAT
 
Concierge and Customer Service:
• We coordinate everything to well maintain your vacation rental home and have it Ready
for Guest.
• Confection and up keep of the Property Housebook
• Greeting guests and perform an inspection at departure
• Concierge Services in general
• OTAS management (AirBnB and VRBO)
• Channel Manager (Optional)
• Advertizing your house on our website 
• Staff available for emergencies
• Include your property on the Sotheby’s Wanderlust Group rental program
 
Fee is 10% of the total amount paid by the guest before taxes.
Do you provide regular property inspections and reports to owners?

We do daily supervision on the property, we also send a monthly report on income/expenses and maintenance to each property owner.

How do you handle rent collection and delinquent tenants?
The money goes directly to the owner’s preferred account.
How do you handle emergency situations that may arise with the properties you manage?

We have a 24-hour focused team to cover any emergency on the property.

Do you offer any additional services, such as landscaping or cleaning?

We are focused on giving you a custom service adapted to any property owner request.

Of course, we work with the GMATTORNEYS team to help you with any legal stuff that you need.
Can you provide references from other property owners you have worked with?
Of course, we have a very good relationship with other property owners that we know they will be happy to help us to give you a good feedback.
How often will I receive updates on my property and rental income?

You will receive a monthly update about your property including Income, Expenses, Maintenance, and any other events that occurred in the month.
